For your application on your 2016 Shasta Forest River Flyte 265DB, I recommend using the Pro Series RB3 Weight Distribution System with Shank - Round Bar - 10,000 lbs GTW, 1,000 lbs TW # PS49583 over the # PS49582. With your fully loaded trailer an any cargo in the bed of your Ram truck behind the rear axle, I think you'd be right towards the top of your limit with the smaller system and the larger system can be adjusted as needed for lighter loads.

This system does require a hitch ball, like # A-90 for 2 inch or # 19286 for a 2-5/16 inch hitch ball.

I recommend getting two of the Reese Friction Sway Control Kit - Economy # 83660 friction sway bars for this application because it is a 29 foot 11 inch long trailer and it is recommended to use two if the trailer is 26 feet or longer. I've attached an article to help.

If you want a system with built in sway control, I recommend the Curt TruTrack Weight Distribution System w/ Sway Control - Trunnion - 10,000 lbs GTW, 1,000 lbs TW # C17500. This system comes with the 2-5/16 inch hitch ball and all the hardware needed.
