MY HITCH FOR A 2010 HIGHLANDER SUPPORTS 5000# , IS 2 IN DIAM. AND HAS BOLT HOLES AT 11/2 and 21/2 IS THAT A CLASS 1 OR 2 ?

The trailer hitch on your 2010 Toyota Highlander is probably a Class III trailer hitch. The weight capacity of 5,000 pounds is 1 indication of the class. If it also has a 2 inch square receiver opening then it is certainly a Class III hitch.
