Hitch & Wiring for 2011 Nissan Rogue Front Wheel Drive
Question:
I have a 2011 FWD Nissan Rogue, Which trailer hitch package is best for pulling my 15ft aluminum boat and trailer which weighs less than 3500 pounds

Expert Reply:
The hitch I recommend for towing with your 2011 Nissan Rogue with front-wheel-drive is the 2-inch Class III Draw-Tite model # 75902. This hitch installs without drilling and includes all required hardware. An installation video is linked for you.
For a 4-pole wiring harness to operate trailer lights you can use Tekonsha kit # 118480, installation of which is also shown in a separate video.
I also recommend our ball mount kit # 989900 which includes two ball mounts, two sizes of hitch balls and a pin and clip, all together in a handy storage bag.
The linked articles will help you with hitch and wiring installation and also with the basics of trailer towing.
