Recommended Trailer For Kayak To Be Towed By 2016 Mazda Miata
Question:
Please forgive me if this is a stupid question: I want to pull a lightweight kayak trailer with my 2016 Miata. Because of the car size its been recommended that I apply electric brakes To the trailer. Do you have any recommendations for a lightweight kayak trailer that your electric brakes would work on. Thanks

I recommend the Yakima Rack and Roll Trailer - 66" # Y08106 of the Yakima Rack and Roll Trailer - 78"
Item # Y08107. Either option would be an ideal trailer for you that is so light it won't require brakes. This will work great with the Thule DockGrip # TH895.
Another option is the CE Smith Boat Trailer for Boats and PWCs up to 12' Long - 800 lbs # CE48810. This is not able to use brakes. I recommend staying well under that 800 lbs for your application.
