The Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3,500 Pound Axles - 5 on 5 # AKIHUB-550-35-K referenced in your question are compatible with 3,500 pound axles with #84 spindles like the Redline # R20384EZ. I have attached an image showing the dimensions of this spindle for your review. This hub assembly includes the L68111 inner race and L44610 outer race as well as the inner bearing L68149 and outer bearing L44649.
