Can One Roof Rack be Moved from a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan to 2017 Honda Pilot or Toyota Highlander
Question:
Hello, I am looking for a roof rack system that can be moved between two vehicles, a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan and either a 2017 Honda Pilot or 2017 Toyota Highlander in the process of purchasing now. Both vehicles will have naked roofs and I would like to be able to move the rack from one vehicle to the other situationally. Is there a system that will work for this scenario?

We actually do have a system that fits all three vehicles; however, it's not a traditional roof rack because they have custom fits that are specific to each vehicle.
Instead take a look at the SeaSucker Monkey Bars # 298-SX6000B. It uses vacuum cups to mount on each vehicle's roof making it easy to move from one to another. The vacuum cups have a pull strength of 210 pounds each and each bar has four cups. Take a look at the video of another SeaSucker product on the VW bus to see how strong they really are.
I've also linked a video.
