If you already have a gooseneck hitch installed on your 2007 Nissan Titan 4x4 and are wanting to pull a fifth wheel trailer, you can use a fifth wheel to gooseneck adapter, such as the Convert-A-Ball Trailer Coupler, part # CAB-C5G.

The fifth-wheel to gooseneck adapters comes in different heights so you will need to measure to determine which adapter you will need. To measure, you will want to back your truck up as if you were going to hook up to your fifth wheel. Then you will want to measure from the top of the gooseneck ball to the base of the pin box on your fifth wheel. If you are between a measurement, go with the higher measurement to accommodate the suspension of the truck sinking when hooked to trailer.

If you have a fifth-wheel hitch installed and would like to pull a gooseneck trailer, we have Curt 25K Gooseneck Plate, part # 16055, which mounts to the rails of your fifth wheel hitch.

To complete your towing setup, you will also need a brake controller and vehicle specific adapter. For this, I would recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P2 Proportional Brake Controller # 90885 with Nissan and Infiniti Adapter, # 3050-P.

I have linked a video review of the Convert-A-Ball Trailer Coupler, part # CAB-C5G and instructions for the Tekonsha Prodigy P2 Proportional Brake Controller and the Nissan and Infiniti Adapter, that you may find as a good reference. I have also linked and FAQ for brake controllers.
