the best way to change demco hub and spindle 5 bolt on 115m-04369

The hub part # DM04369 that you referenced basically just bolts to a flange on the spindle of the Kar Kaddy.
Basically you would remove the 4 bolts that hold the old one on and then use them to reinstall this to it.
