We offer several options in a 5th wheel slider hitch that will fit your 2016 Ford F-250 Super Duty truck.
I recommend the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Hitch, # DM8550024 the 18K model or # DM8550038 the 21K model. Both hitches are designed to mount directly to the Ford factory puck system that is installed on your truck. The Hijacker also offers the single jaw design that is designed to wraparound your trailers king pin and provide a secure connection between trailer and hitch.
The feature that sets the Demco hitch above other slider hitches is the Autoslide function of the hitch. Unlike traditional slider hitches, the Demco Hijacker will allow to remain in the cab of your truck when making the sharp turns with your towing rig. The Demco hitch automatically engages the slider that allows for make the sharper turns with your trailer and short bed truck. No exiting and entering the cab every time the slider needs to be engaged.
However, the Demco hitches are priced higher than most slider hitches.
For a more economical hitch, I recommend the Curt Q20 Slider Hitch, # C16530-16020.This Curt hitch is rated a 20K and will include the slider that will fit the Ford Towing puck system. This Curt hitch also features a 2-jaw locking system that will keep the king pin secure in the hitch head like on the Demco hitch. The Curt hitch is a manually engaged slider, but is a more economical option that will work in your vehicle.
I have linked review videos on both the Curt and one of the Demco hitches for you to review.
