Comparison Of Fifth Wheel Custom Installation Kits For 2016 Ford F-150
Question:
I have a 16k Reese sliding hitch that I want to mount in my new 2016 Ford F250SD with 6 3/4foot bed. And looking a the custom rail kits, I see RP50026-58 and RP56016-53. what are the differences between the 2? Both look like they mount on the outside of the frame. Thanks,

The difference between the Custom Base Rails and Installation Kit, part # RP50026-58, and part # RP56016-53 is the length of the base rails.
The baserails for part # RP50026-58 are 43 inches long and for part # RP56016-53 the length is 48-inches.
Both installation kits are designed to mount to the outboard side of the truck frame.
