If your 2014 Toyota Tundra has a the factory 7-way trailer connector installed, then you will need to use # 3040-P wiring harness to plug in to the factory plug. The factory plug is located under the driver's side dash behind the kick panel in the same are where the emergency brake is located. I have linked a video that will show you where the plug is and how to install the brake controller harness.
However, if your Tundra does not have a 7-way connector and instead has a 4-flat, then you will have to hardwire in a 7-way to hook-up your controller. You will need the # ETBC7 kit to install a 7-way. This kit will include all the wiring and components needed to install your brake controller. I have attached an article that has information on installing the kit, as well as a wiring diagram.
Now, if your Tundra would happen to not have a 4-flat installed, then you would need a trailer wiring harness, # HM11141835, and you will install the harness and the # ETBC7 kit.
I have also linked an article that explains how to install a brake controller from scratch.
