On your 2004 Toyota Tundra, there are two possible 7-way connectors that could work on your vehicle.

Up under the rear of your truck there should be two plugs that you will need to plug in the 7-way. One plug will be connected to your current 4-flat plug. This plug have 4 wires going into the plug. the other plug will have either a 2 wire or a 3 wire plug. This plug will run from the brake control wiring to the 7-way.

If you have the 2 wire plug, then you will need # HM11143395. If your plug has 3 wires, then you will need # HM43385. Both products include mounting bracket and hardware to install connector to your vehicle.
