Hitch Recommendation for a 2011 Mustang GT with an April 2010 Build Date
Question:
I have a 2011 Mustang GT built in April 2010. Will there be a problem with it fitting my car if this is considered an early build If so, do you have a fix for it? Or is this something that can be ealisly modified by a welder?

To avoid all of those fit issues that the early 2011 Ford Mustangs had I would recommend you use a Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch for the Ford Mustang, 2011, part # 24863.
There have not been any fit issues with this hitch like some of the Curt hitches have had. There have been instances where there have been slight fascia deformation when used with this hitch, but when I spoke with my contact at Draw-Tite he informed me that this is most likely seen on the California-Special Mustangs
