Does Hopkins Tow Bar Wiring Kit for 2004 Jeep Wrangler Require Additional Diodes
Question:
Do I need to buy additional diodes to install the Hopkins Custom wiring kit. I see you say I need to if I purchase the Trailermate kit. 2004 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon.

Installing the Hopkins kit part # HM56202 in your 2004 Jeep Wrangler TJ would not require you to also install diodes.
The Trailermate tow bar wiring kits are notorious for needing additional diodes installed in them but the Hopkins kits do not have that same issue.
