Does etrailer Hitch part # e98840 Allow Full Sized Spare to Be Kept
Question:
Will a full size spare tire still be stowed with this hitch installed like the OEM unit? There could be a situation where the full size tire will need to be stowed where the spare was located. Thanks,

Expert Reply:
The etrailer hitch part # e98840 that you referenced is a confirmed fit for your 2015 Acura MDX and will allow to keep your full size spare tire as long as it's an 18 inch wheel and not 19-20 inch. It will need to be temporarily lowered though to install the hitch.
