Tonneau Cover Recommendation for 2016 Nissan Frontier 5 ft Bed with Bed Extender

I have a 2016 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab short bed truck. The bed side walls are fitted with rails for the bed extender and tie down fittings. Will Truxedo Tonneau Cover Part # TX292301 fit over this bed and match up to the vehicle.
