We sell a replacement installation kit for the trailer hitches we offer. For your RX 400h I found the Draw-Tite # 75153 Class lll hitch is a confirmed fit. I also found that the Curt # 13530 hitch is a fit.
To order the replacement hardware you can type # RHK in the search box on our website. Click on the link to get to the product page. Then type the hitch number in the box and select the manufacturer from the drop-down box. Click add to cart and the hardware will be assembled for you.
