Dimensions of Ventline Replacement Fan Motor

Question:

I have replaced the bathroom fan motor a couple times with the cheapest fan $10.00 I can buy at home depot. I take the motor out and retrofit it to my needs. I am getting lazy in my old age and am looking for a direct replacement. What i need to know about BCD0314-00 fan motor is the shaft diameter I need 3/16 and over all height from the mounting surface of the motor to the tip of the shaft where the spline is. i need 3.5inch or less, excluding the mounting studs . It is a vertical application. Thank you, Fred

It sounds like the # BCD0314-00 will work for you. The shaft's diameter is 3/16 inches and the entire length from tip of the shaft to the end where the mounting screws go through is 3-1/2 inches. Also the shaft itself is 1-3/8 inches long.
