Firestone Level-Rite Air Helper Springs and Shock Absorber Kit F1003 does NOT fit your 2003 Hummer H2 but all suspension enhancement products for this vehicle can be seen on the linked page. The front axle kit we have comes from Timbren and it a set of rubber jounce springs designed to support your front suspension when it is under load, such as when using a snow plow on the vehicle, kit # TGMFK25S.

This no-drill kits includes rubber springs that provide progressive resistance when under load but that will not alter your unloaded ride quality. Jounce springs are also zero maintenance items; once installed you can forget them.
