Question:
I have a 2011 Silverado 3500Hd SLT. Would like to install a front mount hitch for bicycles. I DO NOT have Tow Hooks tow loops, previous owner had removed and the bolts. DO I NEED the Tow Hooks Loops to install the hitch.

Your 2011 Chevy Silverado 3500 does not have to have the tow hooks to install Curt front receiver # C31023 but you will need the hardware for them. You can obtain the proper sized hardware locally if need be. Just make sure that the hardware is Class 5 or higher rated. I have linked a video showing an example installation for you.
