Cargo Carrier Recommendation for 2013 Chevy Traverse

Question:

I am looking for a cargo carrier. I purchased at Christmas for my Son-In- Law the Draw Tite Max Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver from you, now Im looking for the cargo carrier for him. They have a 2013 Cheverolet Traverse. What is Best folding or flat. Also what else am I going to need to purchase to use for the carrier.

Folding cargo carriers are nice as they can fold up when not in use which will give you better clearances behind the vehicle for things like parking and reversing. They add a slight amount of movement due to the hinge but overall they are preferred.
