We do offer several types of bike carrier designed and rated for use on the rear of an RV, including the platform style such as the Swagman Dispatch # S44FR. This carrier features a folding upright mast that allows you access to the vehicle cargo area when the rack is unloaded. All RV-rated bike racks for 2-inch hitches are shown on the linked page.
You can click on the filters on the page to narrow the items presented to those with the features you want. You can click on the preferred capacity, type of cradle and whether you prefer the rack to have built-in locks.
The Swagman Dispatch # S44FR is a great choice for an RV rack. It includes locks for both the rack itself and your loaded bikes; its independent rubberized ratcheting frame hooks firmly secure your bikes by their top frame tubes without risk of scratches; and the generous 6-1/4-inches of rise in the shank preserves your ground clearance.
The Dispatch offers a 45-lbs-per-bike weight rating and works with bike wheelbases up to 52-inches and tires up to 3-inches wide. For wider tires an adapter kit # S64694 is available that allows carrying bikes with tires up to 5-inches wide.
Please refer to the linked video for more on the Swagman Dispatch.
You could also take a look at the Thule T2 Pro XTR # TH69TX. It holds 2 or 4 bikes up to 60 pounds each. It accepts tires up to 5" wide and a wheelbases up to 50-1/2 inches. The Thule # TH69TX is rated to be used on the back of a motorhome. Take a look at theT2 video to see all of its great features.
