How to Use a Hitch Mount Bike Rack While Flat Towing and Using a Blue Ox KarGard II
Question:
Can I put my Blue Ox tow bar on the 4inch portion of the receiver and put my Yakima Holdup bike rack on the top portion of the receiver and still have room to install a Kargard II on the Blue Ox tow bar?

Unfortunatley, the Karguard II will be in the way of the bike rack installed into the top receiver of the Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver # RM-077-4.
An alternative option may be to add a trailer hitch receiver on the back of your towed vehicle and install the Yakima Holdup (part # Y02443 for 2 inch hitches or # Y02445 for 1-1/4 Class II hitches) on it. If you provide me the year, make, and model of the vehicle you're towing I'm happy to recommend a hitch receiver.
