The Glacier Cable Snow Tire Chains # PW2029C are snow cables and are confirmed to fit your 255/50 R19 sized tires. The Rubber Adjusters # PW99 are also the correct part you'll want to keep them tight.
I found an online copy of your 2016 BMW X6's owner's manual and it states, on page 218, that tire chains should only be used on the rear axle and not to exceed 30 mph.
