Is A Mounting Bracket And Wiring Needed For The Optronics Trailer Light # MC65AB
Question:
will be surface mounting on trailer frame, can I mount these lights directly or do I have to order accessory black bracket and single wire plug for thin line series ?? Also does this light have 2 wires, power and ground or does it use the mounting connection as the ground ?

Expert Reply:
The Optronics Trailer Light, part # MC65AB, will need a mounting bracket and single wire plug like the Optronics Black Bracket and Single Wire Plug, part # A65PB. The trailer light will not mount directly to the trailer without a mounting bracket.
The # MC65AB trailer light does not have any wiring. When this light is mounted to the # A65B mounting bracket it will ground through the mounting hardware and the single wire plug on the bracket will be used for the power lead.
I also have the mounting brackets for the trailer light available in gray ( # A66PB) and chrome ( # A67CB).
