need weight distrib hitch, have a 2016 Town Country, going to pull a 3000# light with 316 Hitch weight, toss up between EQ37060ET or FA9400-0600 thoughts

Both the Fastway # FA94-00-0600 and the Equal-i-zer # EQ37060ET are rated for 600 pounds tongue weight which once your trailer is loaded and you factor in any weight in the back of your 2016 Chrysler Town and Country that is right where you want to be.
A couple of differences to consider, the Fastway does not include a hitch ball, but of course you can purcahse either a 2 inch, # EQ91-00-6080, or 2-5/16 inch, # EQ91-00-6100. Also, and the biggest difference, is that the Equal-i-zer uses a 4 point sway control at the head and the Fastway uses 2 point. So the Equal-i-zer is going to perform better for sway control. They also use different spring bars. The Equal-i-zer has square bars and the Fastway uses round. Round bars connect to the head from underneath, which eliminates ground clearance. Where the square bars connect to the head straight into the front of it.
A couple of other things are the Fastway has a 10 year warranty and the Equal-i-zer has a lifetime warranty. Also, the Fastway is about 15 to 20 pounds lighter which can make installation a little easier.
Deciding which is best will come down to which is best for your use. Both are good quality and are well rated by customers. I've linked a video of each for you that may be helpful, as well an article on weight distribution.

Towing a 2021 R-pod 171 with a 2010 Mazda CX-9 Grand Touring. Have Curt Class 3 receiver installed on the CX-9. Is the Fastway E2 2-point sway control a good fit for this combination or am I better off with the FA92-00-450 or Equalizer product? Purchased Curt Spectrum Trailer Brake Controller C51170 and Curt 4-way to 7-way C57672 last week from eTrailer!
