does the trailer hitch Code: # 13241 fit a 2013 Nissan frontier desert runner 4 door short box truck? does it just bolt on with existing holes and are bolts included? if so I want one

This is a bolt-on installation that uses existing holes on your Nissan Frontier. No drilling or welding is required. All the necessary bolts and installation instructions are included in the hardware kit. If you plan on doing any towing I would recommend adding a ball mount kit, part # 989900 and a trailer wiring harness # C56225. This ball mount kit includes two ball mounts with differing rise and drops as well as the two most common sized trailer hitch balls.
