Since your trailer weighs 5,450 pounds dry and has a tongue weight of 680 pounds then it will likely have a tongue weight of around 875 pounds if it's loaded to its 7,000 pound maximum. The best way to find your loaded trailer's tongue weight is to weight it using a tongue weight scale, # e99044, when it's packed up and ready to tow. Then to determine the correct weight distribution system you will need to add in the amount of cargo weight you have stored behind the rear axle of your GMC Yukon. This will give you the total tongue weight of your setup.
If you're loading your trailer to its maximum the Reese Steadi-Flex # RP66559 is a great choice. This system is rated up to 1,000 pounds tongue weight which will be appropriate for you. The Steadi-Flex uses automotive-style friction pads to prevent sway. It installs easily with the brackets and a lift handle for the spring bars.
You also need a hitch ball. For a 2 inch ball you can use # A-90 and for a 2-5/16 inch ball you can use # 19286.
