Will Curt A20 Slider Hitch C16541 Fit Rails of Truck Where Reese Hitch was Installed

I have a 2003 F-250 with a 16K Reese slider hitch that just has the bar that slides behind the king pin, I want to upgrade to the curt 20K C16541, will the mounting brackets in the bed of my truck work with this hitch
