I do have some insight for your bike rack questions, but since your hitch will be the first thing that you install on your 2016 Hyundai Tucson let's talk about that first.
For your Hyundai, I recommend using the Curt Class III Round Tube Receiver # C13240. This hitch has a Gross Trailer Weight of 3,500 lbs and a Max Tongue Weight of 525 lbs, but keep in mind that you need to go by your Hyundai's max tongue weight. My research shows that your Tucson has a tongue weight capacity of 750 pounds so you should be good to go, but please verify this with your owner's manual. I am including a video of this hitch being installed on a 2016 Hyundai Tucson.
I have 3 bike racks for you to consider. Essentially all 3 of these bike racks work the same way and have a lot of the same features. Putting anything directly in front of your backup camera will obstruct your vision so you need to be cautious when backing up. The main differences are somewhat minimal but I'll give you a quick breakdown of them.
The Kuat Transfer # KU74FR has one of the better rides when you are using it in a 2 inch receiver. It has a threaded anti-rattle pin to help reduce and movement while you are driving. The big difference is how you activate the tilting feature on this bike rack. It has a foot-operated tilting level while tilting the bike rack to gain access to the cargo area of your Tucson. The other two have hand levers. This rack includes a cable lock for your bikes but the locking hitch pin is sold separately. This rack folds up when not in use and has a limited lifetime warranty. You can use this as a 3-bike rack with part number # KU57FR which is a 1-bike add-on that you could use as needed. Between these three bike racks, you get the most for your money out of this one.
The Swagman Chinook # S64683 comes with an anti-rattle device and it secures your bike rack to your hitch and has locking arms which secure your bikes to your bike rack. The main differences is that this one has that post that sticks up, and it holds the bikes by their frame as opposed to their wheels; this would be considered more of an entry level bike rack when you compare it to the other two racks. This rack folds up when not in use and has a lifetime warranty.
The Thule T2 Pro X # TH83GC features the anti-rattle device that locks the bike rack and reduces movement and noise. This carrier can be used as a 4-bike rack with the add-on # TH55GC. With this extension, it can be set up as a 2-bike rack or a 4-bike rack as needed. This rack tilts easily with a convenient lever at the end and folds up when not in use. To deter theft of your bikes you will need to purchase the Thule One-Key-System # TH450200. This rack is the premium option and also has a limited lifetime warranty.
I am including some demonstration videos for you as well.
