I found an online copy of your 2010 Ford Flex's owner's manual to see what Ford says about using tire chains. It states to use Class S compatible cables only if you have 235/60R18, 235/60R17, or 235/55R19 sized tires. It also says to only install the cables on the front tires. There are no specific restrictions for the All-Wheel Drive model. You should verify this with your owner's manual just to be sure.
The most popular chains we carry for each tire size that comes factory on your Flex are:
235/55R19 Glacier Cable snow tire chains # PW1046
235/60R18 Glacier Cable Snow Tire Chains # PW2029C
235/60R17 Titan Chain Cable Snow Tire Chains # TC3010
Another great option are the Thule K-Summit XXL # TH02230K66. These are not cables but also only ride on the tread of your tires so the internal clearance does not apply.
