Troubleshooting a Prodigy P3 that Disables Cruise Control and Traction Control on 2013 Ram 1500

Question:

The first time I used this brake controller on my 13 Ram 1500 it shut off my traction control and also would not let me use the cruise control. Does any one know why this would be happening?

I reached out to Tekonsha about this since I've never ran across it. The thought they have is to make sure your # 3023-P harness is wired like it should be. When looking into the back of the connector that plugs into your truck the blue wire should be at the top right, the black wire next to it at the top left, and the white wire under the black at the bottom left. See the picture I've attached, although the white wire is hard to see.

Then of course the red wire is on its own.

If yours is wired correctly and you're still experiencing the issue let me know and we'll continue to search for a solution.
