Question:
Is there a wiring harness available for the Prodigy 90195 that is plug and play for the 2011 GMC Sierra? Trying to avoid stripping wires.

There isn't a plug-n-play option for your vehicle, but GM did pre-run the wiring for a brake controller in your truck. To install any brake controller on your truck, you will need to do some splicing. For the 2011 GMC Sierra they made this process easier by leaving the four wires needed to install a brake controller free, under the dash to the left of the steering column. All you will need to do is use the butt connectors that are included in the Pigtail Wiring Harness # 7894 or that came with the brake controller to connect the appropriate wires to each other. You just stick the stripped ends of the wires into the butt connectors and clamp them down. I have attached a video of the Prodigy P3 being installed on a 2011 GMC Sierra for you.
If you don't already have a 7-Way connector for towing, I recommend using the Twist-in 7-Pole Trailer Connector # PK11916. You may also need to install a 30-amp and a 40-amp fuse under the hood as well as connecting the brake controller power and 12v power lead wires to your battery to complete the installation. Something else you will want to look into getting is the Dielectric Grease # 11755 for your electrical connections. The grease will help prevent electrical failures caused by corrosion and moisture.
I have attached some other demonstration videos and a helpful link for you.
