Snow Tire Chain Recommendations For 2016 Ford T250 Transit

We have 3 2016 Ford T250 2016s Ford is telling us that we cannot put Tire chains on these vehicles due to wheel Sensor issues. What is your thought on this?

According to the online owners manual for your 2016 Ford Transit T250, there are requirements for Class S or 15mm or less chains. Class S is an SAE designation for vehicles with restricted wheel well clearance. There was no restriction listed for wheel sensors. As long as your chains meet these requirements, you shouldn't have any issues.
If you have 235/65R16 tires, I recommend the Konig Self-Tensioning Snow Tire Chains - Diamond Pattern - D Link - XG12 Pro - Size 245, # TH01594245, which are Class S compatible. These chains only require 12mm of internal clearance. They are self-centering, self-tensioning chains made of steel alloy.
If you have 195/75R16 or the 245/55R17 tires, I recommend the Thule Premium Self-Tensioning Snow Tire Chains - Diamond Pattern - D Link - K-Summit - Size K45, # TH02230K45. These are easy to install and even better quality chains made of manganese nickel alloy. They are also Class S compatible requireing no internal clearance.
