Will the Thule Force Alpine/XT Cargo Box Fit on my 2012 Ford Expedition

Yes, both the Thule Pulse Alpine Rooftop Cargo Box # TH613 and the Thule Force XT Rooftop Cargo Box # TH6358B will fit on your 2012 Ford Expedition. Thule has confirmed that the mounting hardware for these boxes will fit well on the Expedition's crossbars. You won't need additional mounting hooks or brackets to install these boxes on your vehicle.

You mentioned that you already have factory bars. If they are the crossbars, then you are ready to go. Just remember that your roof has a weight capacity that you can find in your user's manual. The weight that you will be putting on your roof is the cargo box weight plus your cargo weight.

If they are just the rails that run from front to back, then you will need to get some crossbars as well. The Thule AeroBlade Edge Aero Bar Roof Rack # TH7502B-TH7502B is a confirmed fit for your Expedition. I also recommend getting the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders # TH450400. These will provide that extra security and piece of mind and the cores are interchangeable between other Thule One-Key System products.

Keep in mind, a cargo box may interfere with fully opening your Expedition's rear hatch. For the Pulse Alpine # TH613, 55-1/4 inches of clearance is needed from the center of the crossbar to the hatch seam. For the Force XT # TH6358B, you will need 51-1/8 inches of clearance.
