Can I Mount the Yakima HitchSki Snowboard and Ski Carrier on Rak n Lok Hitch Mounted Bike Rack

Hello, I have an older 2 bike tow hitch carrier from Rak n lok. Will the yakima ski attachment fit on this style of tow hitch carrier?

I contacted our representative at Yakima, and he informed me that they have not tested the Yakima HitchSki, part # Y02418, on any other brand of bike racks besides Yakima.

However, there is a possibility that part # Y02418 will work on your Rak n Lok Hitch Mounted Bike Rack. If your bike rack has dual arms and cradles you can measure the distance between the cradles that would hold your bikes to see if part # Y02418 will mount.

The measurement between the 2 bars or the Yakima HitchSki is 24 inches. You will need to see if the cradles on your Rak n Lok bike rack can be spaced out 24 inches, if so you should be able to mount the Yakima HitchsSki to your bike rack.
