There is a short somewhere that is over-drawing the running light circuit causing the fuse to blow. Fixing it isn't a problem but you just have to find it first. Make sure that the vehicle and trailer side connectors are clean and free of corrosion inside, where the wires attach, and outside on the pins.

Next, inspect the wiring on the trailer side and fix any damaged or pinched wires.

If you still have the same problem then the issue could be that the combined power draw from the running lights on the trailer is too much for the circuit to handle causing the fuse to blow. To test this you can disconnect some of the lights and if the others start working and the fuse doesn't blow then it was an over-draw situation. Switching to LED lights will solve that problem. I have linked the LED lights we carry.
