Helpful Expert Reply:
If your 2014 Ford F-150 did not come with a factory trailer hitch then a popular option to add one is Curt hitch # C14002. It is a Class IV with a 2 inch receiver. I have linked a video showing an example installation.
For a ball mount the recommended one is # C45341. It has a 3 inch rise or 4 inch drop. If the ball mount kit does not have the right rise or drop to tow the trailer level, use the link I have included that explains how to measure to choose a ball mount to tow the trailer level.
