If you are looking for the vehicle-side trailer wiring harness for your 2000 Ford van I recommend part # 118344. This is an easy installation by plugging into the connection points behind the tail lights on the van.

If you need a 7-way connector at the back of your van you would need to first install the # 118344 and then install part # ETBC7. This plugs into the 4-way connector and you would then need to run the rest of the wires as shown in the attached drawing. If you are not planning on using the 7-way functions you can cap off the wires you do not need for your van. The # ETBC7 gives you a 4-way trailer connector and a 7-way connector.
