Parts Needed to Add a 7-Way Trailer Connector to a 1992 Chevy C/K Series Pickup Truck  

Question:

Im looking for a 7 flat wiring kit for my truck. Its a 1992 Chevy silverado, 4x4, standard cab long box with a 6.2 diesel. It has a 4 wire on it now. Is there a kit made for my truck? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

To add a 7-Way trailer connector to your 1992 Chevy K-Series pickup all you will need is # ETBC7. This kit comes with the parts needed to add a 7-Way, it also retains the 4-Way, and also includes wiring to install a brake controller.

For a brake controller I recommend the P2 # 90885 because it is easy to set up and use and it is reliable. I have included some links that show and explain the ETBC7 installation.
