The 2010 and 2011 model years of the Lexus RX 450h have the same frame and style. The hitch receivers are the same for both years in our fit guide. I recommend the Draw-Tite Hitch Reciever, # 75676, because it has a slightly easier installation. This hitch receiver will allow you to tow the maximum your vehicle is rated for. If you are doing a reinstallation, you may need the replacement hardware kit, # RHK.
If you plan to tow with this hitch, I recommend the etrailer.com Ball Mount Kit for 2 inch Hitches, # 989900. This kit will give you two different draw bars and two hitch balls for the ability to tow your trailer level. The draw bars each have a different rise and drop. The hitch balls are a 1-7/8 inch and a 2 inch. I've attached a ball mount article to help you determine what draw bar and hitch combination will best suite your towing needs.
To wire your Lexus RX 450h, I recommend the T-one vehicle wiring harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector, # 118252 which will work as long as you have the factory tow package.
