Do you make a snow and water-proof cover for a truck with a pop-up camper on it? In particular, a new Ford F-150 with a Northstar TC-650 on it?

We do offer storage covers for campers like your Northstar TC-650 pop-up-style slide-in truck bed camper. Northstar's website specifies the TC-650's length as 13-feet (156-inches) and its width as 7-feet (84-inches). When closed the camper is just over 6-feet high.
To ensure an easy fit you'll need a cover longer than the camper. We offer the Camco UltraGuard Slide-In Camper Cover # CAM45771 which is designed for dampers up to 16-1/2-feet in length. It is intended for use in cold snowy regions and it includes a storage bag.
No cover is absolutely water-proof under all circumstances but this Camco cover's 3-layer top panel beads water on contact, providing maximum resistance to rainfall and snow.
We also offer vehicle covers intended to cover the vehicle itself only. We do not have covers designed specifically for a combination pickup truck and slide-in camper. There are so many possible combinations of cab style, bed length and camper design that such an item would be difficult to design.
