Is the thread on this Threaded Pin a 12mm-1.75? i.e will it fit a Thule Parkway 958 rack? Thank you.

I have confirmed that the Replacement Threaded Pin for Thule Snug Tite Hitch Lock and Anti-Rattle Device, part # TH62RE will fit your Thule Parkway Bike Rack 958.

I actually pulled one off the shelf and tried it in the rack.

For your Thule Vertex XT you can use pin #TH62RE. This is the pin part only from the Snug-Tite lock you mentioned. This will allow you to have a regular threaded pin and add the lock later if you wanted.
