Trunk mounted bike racks are very vehicle specific, and we do have some options for you, but unfortunately the Thule OutWay 2-Bike Platform Rack - Trunk Mount # TH65JV is not a fit for your 2007 Honda Odyssey.
We have the Hollywood Racks Over-the-Top trunk mounted bike carriers that are a fit for your vehicle. These are hanging racks versus a platform rack, and available for 2 bikes # HRF2 or 3 bikes # HRF2-3.
If you are looking for a platform rack, we have many options for your vehicle but they are all hitch mounted racks. If you don't already have a trailer hitch, I'd recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver Class III - 2 inch, # 75270, for your 2007 Honda Odyssey. This 2 inch receiver will give you the most options for bike racks, cargo carriers, and other towing accessories.
For a hitch mounted platform rack, I'd recommend the Thule T2 Pro XTR Bike Platform Rack # TH69TX. This bike rack is very easy to install and the versatile design fits most bikes, even Fat Bikes with the wide tires. It can be set up to be a 2-bike carrier or a 4-bike carrier as needed. There is a tilt function to this rack that allows you to access the rear hatch with or without bikes installed. It also has a hitch lock that secures the rack to your vehicle with a threaded hitch pin that serve as an anti-rattle device. It also has locks to secure your bikes to the rack. The 2-bike version of this rack is # TH83JV.
I've attached some videos to help.
