Trailer Hitch Recommendation for 2016 GMC Savana Van with 1,200 lb Tongue Weight Capacity
Question:
Label says 10,000 LB with 1000 Tongue weight. I cant seem to find any better specification on this factory receiver. My trailer is under 10k, but I want a tongue weight more like 1200, 1300 lbs which the vehickle can just fine. Do I need a different receiver. Id have a 12k capable load leveling hitch. tnx

For your 2016 GMC Savana Van 3500 we have the Reese Hitch part # 41946 as a confirmed fit that has a 1,200 lb tongue weight capacity.
As long as you are sure your trailer has at least the same capacity this would fit and work well.
