I have a power chair that is only 50 lbs is there a attachment for the rear bumper ford focus 2013

We have a solution for a cargo carrier that would support a 50 lb power chair but you would need to have a trailer hitch installed first like the part # C11158 which is confirmed to fit your vehicle.
Then for a cargo carrier the part # C18110 would easily support the weight of the chair. I attached a review video for the chair on a similar Focus as yours as well.
