We do have 2-inch Class III trailer hitch fits for your 2016 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 so long as its frame does NOT measure 30-3/8-inches from outside edge to outside edge. You can measure the outside width of your van's frame to be sure.
Draw-Tite hitch # 75549 will fit your van without step bumper (and if it is not a dually) and will bolt on without drilling. This hitch fits both 144-inch and 170-inch wheelbase models. The written instructions and a helpful article are linked for you to show you the installation process.
For a 4-pole wiring harness you can use Tekonsha kit # 119250KIT. An installation video and helpful article are linked for you.
You may also be interested in our Ball Mount Kit # 989900 which includes multiple ball mounts and hitch balls for flexibility when you tow different trailers. Of you can refer to the linked article to help you select one that keeps your hitched trailer level.
