The B and W Patriot # BWRVK3270 will work for your 2013 dodge 3500 dually with 5th wheel prep package. You will need to use the Reese 5th Wheel Rail Adapter # RP30154 as well. Just mount the adapter in your truck's factory installed underbed rails and lock it in place. You'll be all set for your new Hitch. Please check out the attached demonstration videos as well.
