Upgrade 4-Way to 7-Way Adapter for a 2015 Nissan Xterra and Recommended Brake Controller

Hi, I have a 2015 Nissan Xterra that I installed a 4 wire trailer wire kit. This kit included relays that I installed in the kick panel on the passenger side. My question is can I use the part numbers listed below to upgrade my wiring for a 7 way trailer wiring for a trailer with electric brakes? 118267 C51382 C51110

The harness and 7-way plug that you suggested # 118267 is a compatible upgrade for your 2015 Nissan Xterra that currently has a 4-way plug. You'll just need to plug-in with no additional wiring needed.
