Yes, the sway bar fits from a 2015 RV built on an E-450 chassis are the same as for a 2016. The Roadmaster Front Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-176 that you referenced is a fit for your RV.
For a rear anti-sway bar you can use # RM-1139-147 which will provide an upgraded bar and bushings to improve stability at the back of the RV.
